Under Armour Update Their Ranks For 2024

Ready to attack 2024 and all that the year has in store, Under Armour have revealed a new line-up, pairing the established UA Magnetico Elite 3 with the new Shadow Elite 2, both of which receive new colourways to see them through the rest of the current campaign.

Under Armour continue to remain invested in the game, with the likes of Eddie Nketiah and Lewis Hall continuing to represent the brand in the Premier League. And with the new year comes a fresh attack on the boot market through a new colourway for the UA Magnetico Elite 3 and the introduction of the all-new UA Shadow Elite 2 silo, both of which will also be available in women-specific fits.

First up, the UA Magnetico Elite 3 comes in a fresh “White/High-Vis Yellow/Capri” colourway, with the white base playing host to the high-vis yellow that vibrantly runs throughout.

Tech-wise, the UA Magnetico Elite 3 adapts to your foot's shape and movements for a customised fit and locked-in feel. This is achieved in the most part through the UA Clone upper, which is complemented by an internal layer of flexible, auxetic material that moulds around the foot for a precise, glove-like fit and feel.

The improvements in the upper construction also include an updated collar for ease of entry, as well as a 3D moulded heel, increasing that locked-in fit. There’s also a new and innovative soleplate, designed to enhance the foot's ability to accelerate, and it features a combination of bladed and conical studs for optimum traction.

The Shadow Elite 2 – the brand’s speed silo – arrives for its debut in a “White/Capri/Black” colourway. The Capri colour plays a far more prominent role here than on the Clone Magnetico, wrapping around the lower portion of the boot.

The highlight of this second generation of the Shadow is the all-new upper. Its streamlined design sees the upper’s layers integrated together, producing a more natural feeling on the ball. The IntelliKnit construction features engineered stretch zones for an adaptive fit, while the Exo Lock midfoot cage offers support for dynamic and fast movements.

For control, there’s a grippy IntelliTouch skin at the forefoot, along with silicone pods at the laces for accurate ball striking.

Finally, the super-light soleplate amplifies the fundamentals of agility on the pitch, with blades specifically positioned for accelerating, braking, and changing direction.
