adidas Launch The 'Mundial Federations' Pack

Iconic game takes to the international stage as adidas drop the ‘Mundial Federations' pack, presenting the classic Copa Mundial in looks inspired by the national colours of Germany, Italy, Spain, Argentina and Mexico.

Everyone knows the timeless quality of the Copa Mundial, one of adidas’s icons of the game. Its influence stretches far and wide, to every corner of the globe; if you know football, chances are you know the Copa Mundial. And so it’s fitting that it’s the base for the adidas ‘Mundial Federations Pack’, which pays tribute to five of the brand’s national federations by coating the classic boot in looks inspired by the countries’ respective colours.

Arriving ahead of the highly anticipated national team kit drops for the Euros and Copa America this year while also following very much in the footsteps of last year’s Originals collections, the ‘Mundial Federations Pack’ provides bespoke designs for Germany, Italy, Spain, Argentina and Mexico. It’s a colourful grouping, reminiscent of the limited edition designs inspired by the Brazil 2014 World Cup that were the ‘Samba’ Copa Mundial collection from a decade ago.

Starting with the Germany boot, and it comes in a white base with traditional black, red and yellow represented on the Three Stripe branding.

For Italy, it’s a blue base that nods to the Azzurri nickname, with green white and red again taking up position on the Three Stripes.

Spain have a “Night Indigo” base, with red and yellow accents, completing the European contingent.

Argentina then get a sky blue base with white accents, to recreate their classic home colour look, while Mexico boast a white base like Germany, with green, white and red accents rounding off the look.
