PUMA Drop The 'Olympic x Tricks' Pack

Carrying on the current ‘Forever Faster’ look and combining with with the concept behind their ‘Tricks’ franchise, PUMA drop the ‘Olympics x Tricks’ pack, refreshing the Future, King and All-new Ultra for Paris.

The PUMA Tricks concept has been around for a fair few years now, with the brand combining two different colour boots as a pair. Its inspiration comes from a sheer spur of the moment piece of magical thinking from none other than Rigobert Song, who, when lacing up his boots at the 1998 World Cup in France, decided to put a red PUMA King on his right foot and a yellow PUMA King on his left – a move that will forever live in the memory, and one that ultimately gave us many new versions over the years. And now, in time for the Olympics, it’s back.

The PUMA Olympics x Tricks pack takes the recent ‘Forever Faster’ pack aesthetic and plasters the two tone colourway on each pair, splitting it in signature style across the left and right boots for the Future 7, Ultra 5 and King Ultimate. For the Future 7, that’s presented as a “Sunset Glow/Sun Stream/Puma Black/Puma White” colourway, with the orange and pink hues rising from top to bottom on the right, and vice versa on the left.

For the Ultra 5, it's a "Sunset Glow/Sun Stream/Puma Black" colourway, with a more conventional 'Tricks' split seeing the right foot in orange, and the left in pink, with the branding contrasting on each in black.

Finally, it's a similar execution for the King, which comes in "Sun Stream/Puma Black/Sunset Glow", splitting the predominant colours across the left and right, but including more accent colours throughout its design, but mainly on the heel.
