Over the weekend we saw PUMA tease an upcoming new pack. The brand’s top players including Jack Grealish, Kyle Walker and Antony were all spotted debuting a fresh disruptive colourway in games full of action.
The spring packs are all incoming and it looks like PUMA will be the next to launch a new colourway for all three silos: Future 8, Ultra 5 and King. Hidden in a weekend full of action, unreleased colourways of the Future and Ultra were spotted on the feet of some of Europe's top players during FA cup and league games.
In the FA Cup quarter finals, Jack Grealish could be seen donning a vibrant unreleased colourway of the Future 8. A bold yellow engulfs the upper of the boot, paired with red and black details across the heel and instep. It looks like the soleplate fashions a smooth gradient effect, fading from black to a lighter colour. The classic 'FTR' branding features on the instep in black, standing out amongst a bright background. The new colourway of Future was also seen laced up by Marco Arnoutovic.
We saw the Ultra 5's new look on the feet of Kyle Walker, Antony, Christian Pulisic and Theo Hernandez this weekend, and it did not disappoint. Taking on a darker aesthetic to the Future, the Ultra is fashioned with a black base upper complemented by energetic yellow/green accents. We know this silo always arrives with some crazy graphics and this boot is no different, contrasting lucid colours across a dark base to create an unmissable look on the pitch. Subtle reds can also be seen on some of the graphics near the toe end of the boot in an almost gradient style pattern.
We look forward to seeing this PUMA pack released in the upcoming days...
