Reusch Keon Deluxe Limited Edition Goalkeeper Gloves - Orange/Black

Reusch Keon Deluxe Limited Edition Goalkeeper Gloves - Orange/Black

When it comes to football gear, elite performance isn't just reserved       for top-end football boots. In the world of goalkeeping Reusch are       pushing the boundaries of performance and design, and their latest       offering the Keon Deluxe Limited Edition is testament to this...

The new Reusch Keon Deluxe Limited Edition goalkeeper gloves are to       keepers and glove fans, what the F50 and Mercurial range are to football       boot fans. A top-end product that retails around £125 GBP thanks to the       advancements Reusch have made, to aid some of the games best goalkeepers       including Julio Cesar of Inter Milan.

For many fans of football gear it's all about the technology, and many       might not realise how much has gone into this new Reusch goalkeeper       glove. The stand-out tech is the finger and thumb protection which       reduces the risk of injury. Individually removable, these spines are       constructed to work in motion with the fingers when closing, yet lock-out       to prevent the finger from hyper-extending.

The anatomical shaping of the hand and the pre-spreading of the fingers       make the Ergonomic Support System support a natural catching position.       The latex is also slightly pulled up on the little finger's side,       designed to provide a larger catching area and a tighter optimized       fit.

The Reusch Keon Deluxe G2 Ortho-Tec gloves are designed to deliver high       reflexibity and maximum ball control with unaltered gripping qualities.       The G2 Ultrasoft palm absolutely outranks its forerunner in terms of grip       in dry and wet conditions with a 3.5mm latex, whilst also offering the       best possible cushioning when stopping very hard and fast balls.

An expanded finger tip system maximises the palm around the       finger tips for a greater surface area for catching and better control       when touching the ball. A special Lycra insert in the zone between thumb       and palm ensures best flexibility and prevents cuts on the latex.

Reusch have introduced the enhanced version of their successful and       established Shockshield. The damping material and embossment on the       backhand of the Keon Deluxe G2 glove provide the goalkeeper with more       safety, advanced protection and better ball control when defending with       punching.

There are some nice touches that make the Keon Deluxe G2 goalkeeping       gloves stand-out. One is the Duraguard which is the five extra pads of       palm material placed on the most stained part of the palm to protect it       from abrasion, and made from a more abrasive resistant latex.

There is also the Air-Vent-System, technically designed to provided       maximum ventilation inside the Keon Deluxe G2 glove. A highly breathable       air mesh material covering the entire backhand and the sides of the       fingers ensures optimum air circulation within the glove.

Goalkeepers may only make up one eleventh of a football team, but       arguably their gloves are one the most important pieces of equipment on       the pitch. The final line of defence, a keeper relies on a comfortable       glove that won't let you down, and with the technological advancements of       the Reusch Keon Deluxe goalkeeper gloves there are few better on the       market.

Let us know what you think of the latest offering on the goalkeeper       market, and how far do you think glove technology can be developed?       Expected to retail around £125 GBP, the Reusch Keon Deluxe G2 Ortho-Tec       Limited Edition goalkeeper gloves can be ordered on Pro-Direct Soccer.
